«ZIPPO» winner of the TER H – Tour European Rally Historic Italian event the 34th Rallye Sanremo Storico.

Italian « ZIPPO» and Nicola ARENA on their Audi Quattro won the second round of the
TER H – Tour European Rally Historic and finishing in the 7th position in the overall classification of the 34thRally Sanremo Storico.
They are ahead of Dino VICARIO and Marina FRASSON with a Ford Escort RS. The third podium step is for the German Heinz Walter SCHEWE codriven by the Belgian Frank BLONDEEL with a Porsche 911 SC.
The Italian crew Roberto AMERIO and Enrico PIOVANO with a Volkswagen Golf GTi is at the bottom of the podium and occupies the 4th position and the Dutch Eddy VAN DEN HOORN codriven by Theo BADENBERG on a Ford Escort RS 1800, the fith position in the TER H - Tour European Rally Historic.
The Swiss Marco MANETTI and Italian Silva BIANCO FRANCESETTI aboard of a Volkswagen Golf are 6th.
It was not a good event for the Italian Salvatore and Gianfrancesco RAPPA with their Subaru Legacy Sedan 4WD with their who abandoned at the end of the first leg on off road .
At the end of the 6th special stage Fabio NASSANI and Matteo LABIRINTI, Italian crew on Lancia Delta Int. 16V have to retire on mechanical problems.
Next round of the TER H – Tour European Rally Historic will be the 54th Rallye d’Antibes Côte d’Azur from May 17th to 19, 2019.
