TER Series - 2025 Regulations

Art. 1 - DEFINITION AND ORGANISATION

1.1 - In 2025 the TER Series Promoter will organise a series named TER SERIES 2025. The series will be governed according to the International Sporting Code (ISC) and its Appendixes, the FIA Regional Rally Sporting Regulations, the National Regulations of the Countries in which the Rallies are held, plus the present regulations.

Art. 3 - ELIGIBLE COMPETITORS AND DRIVERS

3.1 - Holders of international licences will be admitted to the 2025 TER SERIES, in accordance with the 2025 International Sporting Licences Regulations.


Art. 4 - ELIGIBLE VEHICLES

4.1 - The 2025 TER SERIES is reserved to vehicles complying with the following standards:
- Vehicles with active homologation or allowed to take part in 2025 national and international rallies according to the event supplementary regulations and as per Article 2.7.1.. c) of the ISC.


Art. 5 - SERIES REGISTRATION AND SCORING REGULATIONS

5.1 - In the 2025 TER SERIES, no registration is required, all the crews entered in each event will be eligible to score points.
5.2 - In the 2025 TER SERIES, there is no minimum number of participants required for any scheduled event.
5.3 - For the final standings, all the results will be considered.
5.4 - In the event of two or more drivers being tied on points at any time during the season, also for the final championship standings, the driver having set the fastest time in most of the stages will be considered as being the leader.
5.5 - Fuel is free, but must comply with the supplementary regulation of the event.


Art. 6 - QUALIFYING STAGE

6.1 - The 2025 TER SERIES events may hold a "Qualifying Stage", followed by the choice of start positions. This should be preceded by a free practice session on the same stage, with two practice runs allowed per each crew.
Organisers who choose to hold a “Qualifying Stage” will specify further details in the event's Supplementary Regulations.


Art. 7 - CLASSIFICATION - SCORES FOR EACH RALLY

7.1 - In each 2025 TER SERIESround, competitors will score the following points, according to their result in the events' final classification:

7.2
- In the 2025 TER SERIES competitors will receive additional points.
7.2.1 - Each competitor will be awarded 3 points at the third start in a 2025 TER SERIES event, 1 additional point at the fourth and at each successive 2025 TER SERIES event start, in the standings.
7.2.2 - In each event of the 2025 TER SERIES, before the start of the rally, the TER SERIES promoter will choose one Special Stage of the rally as the “Power Stage”. In this Special Stage the 3 fastest competitors will be awarded bonus points for the standings as follows:

Art. 8 - CLASSIFICATION OF THE SERIES

8.1 - In each event of the 2025 TER SERIES, a dedicated classification will be published.

8.2 - If 2 or more crews finish the championship tied on points, the discriminating factors will be:
- the number of rallies in which the crew took part.
- the placements (in overall standings).
- the number of Special Stages won (in overall standings).


Art. 9 - FINAL PRIZES

9.1 - The 1st crew of 2025 TER SERIES classification will be awarded the title of 2025 TER SERIES champions.
The TER Series Promoter reserves the right to award other prizes.
