TER Historic crews make good progress in Rally Terra Sarda

 Championship fights will go down to the wire

 

Halfway through the TER Season Finale, the hunt for the most important points is alive on the technical tarmac roads around Tempio, in Gallura.

 

Driving a Ford Sierra Cosworth, the Italian crew of Gabriele Rossi and Fabrizio Handel must secure precious points to clinch a maiden TER Historic J1/J2 title.

 

2-time TER Historic Pre81 Champions Tim Metcalfe and John Connor aim for a third crown. Returning to competition after a few months, the crew is regaining confidence with their Ford Escort RS MkII with every stage kilometre.
