Lefebvre is fastest ahead of Crugnola, Andolfi sets third best time

 

Opening the final leg of #RA Rally Regione Piemonte, in a beautiful sunny day, SS2 San Grato 1 was the event’s TER Power Stage, awarding bonus points.

 

The French crew of Stéphane Lefebvre with Andy Malfoy continued on a the same winning pace of the opening leg, setting fastest time in 8’50”2 with their Citroën C3 Rally2 and securing 3 bonus points. 2-time Italian Champions Andrea Crugnola and Pietro Elia Ometto were second, bagging 2 points and the provisional TER – Tour European Rally standings’ lead. Third fastest time, and 1 bonus point, for the Škoda Fabia Rally2 of Fabio Andolfi, codriven by Nicolò Gonella.

 

Driving a Peugeot 208 Rally4, Roberto Daprà and Luca Guglielmetti took 3 bonus points for the TER Junior. In TER 2WD, 3 points for another Peugeot 208 crew, Fabio Farina with Gabriele Zanni who climb into a solitary lead in the provisional category season’s standings.
