Stuart Maloney and Kristian Yearwood took victory on the island in a Skoda Fabia RS Rally2. Kyle Gregg and Mark Maloney joined them on the podium. This was in the fourth Rally Barbados edition included in the World Series of TER.

BCIC Rally Barbados 2026 provided a highly competitive second round of the TER Series. The World Series of TER saw Stuart Maloney and Kristian Yearwood return to the top step after a demanding weekend on tarmac. They achieved this in their Skoda Fabia RS Rally2.

Second place went to Jamaica’s Kyle Gregg, co-driven by Kreigg Yearwood in a Ford Fiesta Rally2. Meanwhile, the Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 of Mark Maloney and Justin Maloney completed an all-family podium in third. They finished just 4.40 seconds behind second place.

Just outside the podium, Josh Read finished fourth. He was followed by Adam Mallalieu in fifth and Jeff Panton in sixth. All drove Ford Fiesta Rally2 cars in a closely fought battle. This competition continued throughout the event.

As per FIA-approved TER Series regulations, several high-performance cars were not eligible for championship points. This includes the WRC entries, which nevertheless played a visible role in the overall standings of the rally. Among them were Joe Cunningham (Ford Fiesta WRC), Rob Swann (Ford Fiesta WRC), and Dane Skeete (Subaru Impreza WRC S12).

Also outside the TER Series and overall classification, Barbadian hero Zane Maloney completed the event in the Porsche 992 Rally GT. This marked his first finish at Rally Barbados after retiring in previous attempts. His overall time would have guaranteed him victory. In addition, this contributed to a strong overall performance for the Maloney family across the weekend.

The 2026 Rally Barbados once again confirmed its reputation as one of the most competitive and spectacular tarmac rallies in the TER championships. There was a tight fight at the front and a strong international presence.
