Metcalfe lays a three of a kind at TER Historic day one in Antibes.

Tim Metcalfe and John Connor (Ford Escort) were fastest in the first three stages of the opening leg at Rallye Antibes Côte d’Azur, Round 2 of the 2022 TER Historic. The British crew only left one stage win to fellow countrymen Chris Thompson and Ronald Roughead (Ford Escort) who narrowly edged them in the city superspecial on the Antibes seaside. The Hungarian crew of Attila “Mesziati” Mészàros and Zsolt Kalapàcs are third overnight in their Lada 2101.
