NEW DATE FOR THE
14° RALLY CITTA’ DI AREZZO-CRETE SENESI E VALTIBERINA:
8-9 AUGUST FOR A GREAT NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL RACE

The reshaping of the national motoring calendars has confirmed the temporal range that was desirable, with the two new "tricolor" assignments, that of the Italian Gravel Championship and the Italian Cross Country Rally Championship.

The track, the logistic and the stages has been revised than the original project, Arezzo and “Crete Senesi” have been confirmed.


AREZZO (Italy), 05 June 2020 - The Italian motorsport calendar has been reformulated by the national federation ACI SPORT and the 14th Città di Arezzo-Crete Senesi e Valtiberina Rally finds its definitive new date. The event organized by Valtiberina Motorsport, stopped last March due to the epidemiological Covid- 19 emergency will be start the engines on next 8 and 9 August.


The new date and the new calendars will bring two more "tricolour" flags to the event: will be the first round of the Italian Rally Gravel Championship and also the first race of the Italian Cross Country Rally Championship.


Two new awards that will come together the ultimate round of Challenge Raceday Rally Terra and already the "tricolour" historic gravel Championship in addition of the first race of the Tour European Rally (TER), certainly moments of adrenaline and entertainment.

NEW TRACK, EXCITING WITH RALLY HISTORY

A track will be in part rebuilt but will remain the best Special Stages symbol of the Race and symbol of the past world rallying. Following the federal prescriptions and health requirements for pandemic emergency, have been designed three special stages to be repeated, confirming the province of Arezzo and the “Crete Senesi” as great emotional location.

The 2019 edition was won by Marchioro-Marchetti with the Skoda Fabia R5, the historic race was for Romagna-Lamonato, with an iconic Lancia Delta 16V.
