Caribbean highlight has been confirmed for the 2026 World Series of TER calendar.

The iconic BCIC Rally Barbados roars back for its fourth straight year in the TER Series. It electrifies fans as Round 2 of the 2026 calendar, from May 29 to 31.
This sun-soaked showdown on the Caribbean island’s fast, twisting roads unleashes high-speed action. Moreover, it takes place amid breathtaking tropical scenery. This makes it a Caribbean highlight that has been confirmed for the 2026 World Series of TER calendar.

Since its debut, the BCIC Rally Barbados has built a rich legacy. It evolved from local tarmac battles in the 1980s to an international spectacle drawing top drivers from Europe and beyond.
The event’s mix of fast coastal straights and tight plantation-road corners tests drivers’ skill and strategy like few others. As a result, the Caribbean highlight has been confirmed for the 2026 World Series of TER calendar. This shows the event’s growing importance.

Beyond the competition, Barbados captivates with its lively culture. Think rhythmic calypso music, fresh flying fish cutters, and rum distilleries, one of which is the world’s oldest.
Tourism highlights include pristine beaches like Crane Beach, historic Bridgetown (a UNESCO site), and lush Harrison’s Cave. Therefore, it is the perfect rally destination for fans and teams alike. Furthermore, the Caribbean highlight has been confirmed for the 2026 World Series of TER calendar, contributing to the region’s appeal.

With Barbados locked in, the 2026 TER Series calendar spans four continents: Oceania, the Americas, South Africa, and Europe. This showcases the truly global appeal of the series. Importantly, the Caribbean highlight has been confirmed for the 2026 World Series of TER calendar. This cements its place on the international stage.

New Zealand’s Central Machine Hire Otago Rally returns for its third year in the TER Series. Italy’s Rally Terra Sarda celebrates its fourth in the series. It also marks an impressive fifth consecutive year in the TER – Tour European Rally.
In addition, South Africa’s Algoa National Rally makes its series debut. This follows after shining as a TER Candidate Event in 2025.

2026 marks a major milestone. It is the fourth season of the TER Series (the World Series of TER), the eighth year of TER Historic, and the 11th anniversary of TER – Tour European Rally.

Luca Grilli, TER Series Organiser and Promoter, said:
We’re proud of the work accomplished and ready for the 2026 season, with a TER Series, the World Series of TER, that will span four different continents on the calendar. Plenty of exciting novelties ahead for all three TER series!
