The Tour European Rally title is still open to many competitors.

The Luxembourg Steve Fernandes leads the overall standings of the 2019 Tour European Rally and he is already played his «TER Joker» during the season. The championship is yet open for each competitor entered in the series.

Steve Fernandes with his Skoda Fabia R5 is ahead the twin car of German Stefan Gottig but many others competitors can win the series because the overall standings before the last two events is very closed.

In the TER 2WD, the fight between the Romanian Alexandru Filip and the German Norman Kreuter  will be closed because only two points separate them.
