«ZIPPO» leads the TER H at the end of the first leg

«ZIPPO» and NICOLA Arena occupy the first position of the TER H – Tour European Rally Historic of the Rally Sanremo Storico.
The Italian «ZIPPO» and Nicola ARENA on Audi Quattro join the Sanremo park fermé tonight leading the TER H – Tour European Rally Historic and 11thposition of the overall classification.
They precede the crew Dino VICARIO and Marina FRASSON on Ford Escort RS then Roberto AMERIO codriven by Enrico PIOVANO with their Volkswagen Golf GTi followed by the German Heinz Walter SCHEWE and Belgian Frank BLONDEEL with a Porsche 911 SC.
The Dutch crew Eddy VAN DEN HOORN copiloted by Theo BADENBERG on Ford Escort RS completes the classification of this first leg.
In the J1/J2 Trophy, it was the Italian crew Salvadore RIOLO copiloted by Gianfrancesco RAPPA at the weel of their Subaru Legacy Sedan 4WD which returned to Sanremo leading the series, finishing in 3rdplace in the overall classification in front another Italian crew Fabio NASSANI and Matteo LABIRINTI on Lancia Delta Int. 16V.
The Italian crew «LUCKY» et Fabrizia PONS on Lancia Delta Int. 16V finish at the top of the first leg in the 34thRally Sanremo Storico.
