Sacha Althaus will attend 2019 Tour European Rally

Swiss Sacha Althaus and Lisiane Zbinden will take part of 2019 Tour European Rally.

The young crew will attend in TER2 Cup, the "Junior" category of TER, with a Peugeot 208 R2B.
