Rally of Nations Guanajuato confirmed as 2022 TER Promo Event

World Class drivers and stages to star in the Mexican competition.

 

The Rally of Nations Guanajuato will be the second TER Promo Event of 2022, after Arctic Lapland Rally.

Starting from Guanajuato, Unesco World Heritage site, the event based in León will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first WRC cars appearance in Mexico, and the return of top level Rallying action over the former World Rally Championsihp special stages. 

The Nations Cup is a unique concept, with a coefficient and point scoring system designed to enhance team work and sporting performance and to keep them at the highest level throughout the event.

The global coverage provided from the TER Series promotion will showcase this unique Rally, its beautiful locations and great sporting challenges, as the event organisers aim to rejoin the World Rally Championship calendar from 2023.    

A compact route, three days of action on 1-3 April, many top class drivers including past winner Harri Rovanpera, and the well known passion of local fans are only some of the ingredients of an event which promises to entertain and thrill once more fans all over the world.
