TER Historic Rallye Rias Altas moved forward 1 week and become a TER Promo Event

The 2021 TER Historic Rallye Rias Altas is a new TER Promo Event due to the date change on the same date of the final rount of the 3 TER series 2021.

The Rallye Rias Altas will have thame TV Promotion of other TER events, nothing change, as for Arctic Lapland Rally and Rally del Tevere.

The only change is that the drivers cannot score points for TER Historic in A Coruna, the same as the other 2 TER Promo Events.
